I wanted to do country music for this project because, its my favorite genre of music and I find that not many people like it anymore, they are all caught up in all the new pop and rap music that's all over YouTube, no one pays attention to country anymore and I think they should. Most country songs if you listen have a message or a storyline, most pop songs have no message or very inappropriate messages, which is kind of gross, so. And I think country music should be given just as much credit as pop and rap, the artists are just as talented. Also, my favorite singer and guitarist is a country artist and I grew up listening to it. So I wanted to kind of share my passion and learn a little more about it. Gracie S
I wanted to do country music because I am a really big fan of country music, and I think that the singers are really talented. Also Carrie Underwood is one of my favorite singers and she is a country singer, so country music seemed like a good choice. -Emma M
